be prepared from 100% pure juice processed from concentrate.
Unsweetened. No sugar or preservatives added. Shelf life
shall be at least one year frozen or at least 5 days
chilled at 40º or below. Packaged in 4 oz. squat, plastic
disposable cups, individually labeled. Containers shall
have easy open tops yet permit no leaking of juice.
Disposable plastic cups shall have a rolled edge with no
sharp edges. Cups must contain 4 fluid ounces of juice.
72 cont./cs. All juices to be packed to USDA and FDA
Grade A standards.
