Description

Jefferson Lab, a Department of Energy National Accelerator Facility in Newport News, VA, has posted the solicitation for Ombudsperson Services on the Jefferson Lab Web Site Solicitation Bulletin Board at – http://www1.jlab.org/ul/Bus_ops/. All documents listed on the PD-6 form can be viewed and downloaded from the bulletin board. Jefferson Lab is seeking proposals from a qualified vendor with at least 10 years of applicable experience as a certified ombudsperson in a professional and/or higher education work environment to serve as a neutral and impartial conflict resolution practitioner, providing informal assistance to staff and scientific users on a variety of concerns.
