OLYMPUS HD 3CMOS AUTOCLAVABLE CAMERA HEAD and ULTRA-LIGHT URO CAMERA
Statement of Need

Background:
The Lebanon VA Medical Center (LVAMC) has a brand name or equal to requirement for nine (9) Olympus HD 3CMOS Autoclavable Camera Head and seven (7) Olympus HD Ultra-Light Urology Camera Heads.
Scope of Work: Olympus HD 3CMOS Autoclavable Camera Head helps visualize critical anatomy during laparoscopic surgeries. Olympus HD Ultra-Light Uro Camera Head is ideal for urological procedures and creates high-definition images that will help improve diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.

These camera heads have been designed to be used with Olympus endoscopes, video system center, and other ancillary equipment for endoscopic diagnosis, treatment, and observation

Equipment Trade-in: Current thirteen (13) Olympus HD 3CMOS Autoclavable Camera Head and Olympus HD Ultra-Light Urology Camera Heads are to be returned by the installation technician and given a monetary credit by the contractor for each piece of equipment.

Delivery:
Delivery shall be within thirty (30) days from the time of award. The Olympus HD 3CMOS Autoclavable Camera Head and Olympus HD Ultra-Light Urology Camera Heads shall be delivered to the Lebanon VAMC located at 1700 S. Lincoln Ave., Lebanon, PA 17042; Attn; Warehouse. BioMedical Engineering will need to perform a safety check and enter the equipment into the system for annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) checks. Placement in the LVAMC operating room shall be coordinated through the Contracting Officer Representative.
