Bids will be due by mail, or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 NLT 10:00 AM on March 5,2026. 5% Bid bond is required with all bid Submissions. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract execution.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities.
