OLREC RFP - Public Safety Emergency Communications Technology Software Suite for Computer Aided Dispatch, Police and Fire Mobile CAD, Records Management, Jail Management and Mobile Field Reporting
The Village of Oak Lawn, Illinois, is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a fully integrated, cloud-based public safety software suite. This system will replace OLREC’s existing infrastructure for Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile CAD, Records Management System (RMS), Jail Management System (JMS), and Mobile Field Reporting, and must meet the operational needs of a multi-jurisdictional public safety agency supporting both police and fire operations.
Beginning Wednesday, July 30, 2025, copies of the Project document are available by clicking here or it may be picked up at the Village Clerk’s Office of the Oak Lawn Municipal Center, 9446 Raymond Avenue, Oak Lawn, Illinois, 60453, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Sealed proposals will be accepted until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 2, 2025, via email to OLREC-Admin@oaklawn-il.gov , via US Mail, or dropped off at the Oak Lawn Municipal Center, Attention: OLREC Director, Village of Oak Lawn, 9446 South Raymond Avenue, Oak Lawn, IL 60453.
The Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, accept all or part of a proposal, and to waive minor irregularities and nonconformities in any proposal when it is in the best interest of the Village.
