Oliver Hill Courthouse Furniture

The City of Richmond is requesting bids for the demolition, building, and installation of courtroom furniture at five courtrooms at Oliver Hill Courthouse in Richmond, VA. The intent of this project is to replace the existing furniture to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and user experience while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and safety standards. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing the entire process from start to finish, ensuring all work is completed within a specified and approved timeframe and to the satisfaction of the City of Richmond.

Oliver Hill Courthouse was built in 1965 and contains 5 courtrooms. The courthouse holds court hours between 9am and 4pm.
