Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide interested applicants with information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the OAS to satisfy the need for OAPS On-Call Coverage for residents of Montgomery County. The focus of the program is the provision of OAPS intake, for people of any age, and OAPS interventions, for people aged sixty and over in Montgomery County, during specific time periods otherwise not covered by OAS staff.
