Old Park County Courthouse

Park County is seeking an architect to provide architectural services and coordinate engineering services for the next phase of rehabilitation at the Old County Courthouse located at 418 Main Street in Fairplay, CO. This 1874 building on the National Register of Historic Places is an important historic resource of the area and a priority preservation project for the community. The proposed scope of work addresses site rehabilitation for ADA compliance and drainage, masonry rehabilitation and reestablishing bricked up windows on the ground floor, ADA elevator addition, interior rehabilitation for ADA access, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades.Â
