Old Highway 66 Overlay (FY 25-26)

The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures and services required for a two-inch asphaltic concrete overlay on 21,388 linear feet of Old Highway 66 between Fort Rock Road and mile marker 133.5 in Seligman, Arizona. The project has approximately 11,202 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 binder. Other associated work includes adjusting 2,413 linear feet of existing guardrail height, replacing 6 guardrail end treatment with MSKT TL3, removal of 5,290 linear feet of existing curb, shoulder build-up, and restoring pavement markings and striping. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents .

There has been a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 17, 2025, hosted by Yavapai County Public Works through an online virtual meeting portal.  Detailed meeting instructions will be included in the contract documents.  Any questions or concerns about the project will be addressed at that time.
