The Old Colony Beach Club Association Sewer and Association Improvements Project includes constructing 7,700 linear feet of gravity sewer mains and lateral services, restoration of unpaved areas to existing conditions or better, temporary trench repair and the reconstruction of Association roads. The project also consists of three bid alternates for Association roadway reconstruction. They are permanent trench repair, mill and overlay, or cold reclaimed subbase & 4-inch HMA pavement. Addenda, if issued, will be posted to the Projectdog website and shall be accompanied by e-mail notification to every individual or firm on record as having received the Bid Documents. It shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor to ascertain the existence of any and all addenda.
