Project Description: The purpose of this project is to remove the existing flooring system and install new flooring and cove base in the Fitness Room at the Old Atlanta Recreation Center. The total area is approximately 2,000 square feet with approximately 225 linear feet of cove base. Flooring product is to be a commercial grade Johnsonite Rubber Sports Multi-Function or equivalent 2 foot by 2 foot (2’x2’) interlocking rubber floor system one half inch (1/2”) thick. Cove base is to be 4 inches (4”) rubber base. All work to be completed between August 4 – August 15, 2025.
