Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a qualified, technical contractor specializing in the analysis, removal, transportation and disposal of water, oil, and solids contained in oil-water separators (OWS). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, transportation, and supervision to perform all of the services as described herein.
