This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; excluding modifications. This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to provide and install a 500 Gallon Waste Oil Storage Tank (Qty 1) at Sheppard AFB, Texas in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The 82d Contracting Squadron of Sheppard AFB, Texas anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. Period of Performance is 120 Calendar Days after receipt of award.

****Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Quote must include the pricing for shipping, unloading, installation and the commodity sought in this solicitation as this is all part of the requirement. Additionally, ALL QUOTES MUST BE VALID THROUGH 30 SEPTEMBER 2025.

The applicable NAICS code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $19.0M. This requirement is a total set aside for small business concerns.

The solicitation number is # FA302025Q0053 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attached “Combo Oil Tanks B2141” for the RFQ format. All documents including the solicitation, F3V3E15163AW01, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Contractors are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. Technical submission must include specifications for the 500-gallon oil storage tank being quoted.

The solicitation will close at 10:00AM CDT on 27 Jun 2025. All solicitations must be submitted via email to the Primary and Alternate contacts listed below.
