The Regional School District No. 4 Board of Education of the State of Connecticut (“RSD 4 Board”) hereby invites the submission of sealed Proposals for Oil Tank Removal and Replacement at John Winthrop Middle School in Deep River Connecticut 06417 (“JWMS” or the “School”).
