1. PURPOSE
The City of Waycross is soliciting sealed price quotations for the annual supply of oils and
lubricants for use in municipal fleet vehicles and heavy equipment. This will be a

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting specifications.
The City reserves the right to award by line item or in total, whichever is in the best interest
of the City.

Delivery shall be made within 5 business days of order.

The initial contract term shall be July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. The City of Waycross
reserves the right to renew this contract annually for up to four (4) additional one-year
terms, for a total possible contract duration of five (5) years, subject to mutual agreement of
both parties and approval by the City Commission. Pricing for renewal periods shall remain
