The Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency (SAMA) is the leader and authority on property assessment and is Saskatchewan’s service provider of choice.
SAMA requires the services of an oil and gas consultant to update the 2027 Base Year Saskatchewan Assessment Manual rates for resource production equipment (RPE), oil and gas well buildings and tanks from January 1, 2023, to reflect values as of January 1, 2027.
