ABM INDUSTRY GROUPS, LLC - 40 law enforcement Parking Spaces w/24/7 Access

The Treasury Office of Inspector General (TOIG) Office of Investigations (OI) requires 40 monthly parking spaces for 40 Law Enforcement Vehicles with 24/7 facility access and the ability of unlimited overnight parking. The Bureau of Fiscal Service intends to make an award on a sole source basis to ABM Industry Groups, LLC, 14141 Southwest Fwy Ste 477 Sugarland, TX 77478-4630.

The access and use of Forty (40) monthly parking spaces; thirty-eight (38) Gas/Diesel and two (2) Electronic Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) with the minimum Level 1 and Level 2 capabilities in support of charging various types of Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs). To properly care and help maintain an operational safety level, the Fleet requires readily available and use of a Tire air station, especially the ZEVs due to the added weight of Batteries, which require a robust need of frequent preventive maintenance and checks/top-offs.

Subject to final approval, The Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), on behalf of the TOIG/OI, intends to negotiate a sole-source procurement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), to ABM Industry Groups, LLC, 14141 Southwest Fwy Ste 477 Sugarland, TX 77478-4630 for forty (40) parking spaces located at 1400 K Street NW, Washington DC 20005.

NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information, or a copy of the solicitation, will not be considered an affirmative response to this Special Notice. Telephone responses or inquiries to this Special Notice will NOT be accepted.

Responses to this request shall be submitted on or before 10:00 a.m. ET on April 4, 2025, by email to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov , Attn: DA/DV. The following file extensions are not allowable and application materials/data submitted with these extensions cannot be considered:

.bat, .cmd, .com, .exe, .pif, .rar, .scr, .vbs, .hta, .cpl, and .zip files. Microsoft Office compatible documents are acceptable.

No other information regarding this Special Notice will be provided at this time.

This notice does not restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. All vendors responding to this notice are advised that their response is not a request that will be considered for contract award. Responses will be shared with the federal government agencies as part of market research for fulfilling future similar requirements.
