The Stamp Bil l is one sided, full bleed, full color, with re- m oi s tenable dry gum adhe s i v e on the ba c k – no perforation or kiss cut. The Insert Card is one-sided, no bleed, one color tag stock. The Envelope is one color with no bleed featuring unique numbering.
