2026 Ohio State Fair OOD Branded Items

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is requesting quotes for 2026 Ohio State Fair OOD Branded Items:

Please attach a formal quote that references a valid state of Ohio contract, includes the catalog numbers and shipping charges, if applicable. Responses received without a formal quote may be deemed non-responsive.

Submitted quotes must be valid through July 3, 2026.

A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost.

B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary.

C) A formal quote must be attached.

D) Respondent shall complete and submit the Certification Statements form if seeking a Buy America, Buy Ohio, and/or a Veterans Preference. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.

Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.

Statutory Exceptions for Public Institutions.
OOD is a government agency, instrumentality or institution, including without limitation a public educational, research or medical institution or body, and if any terms  are invalid or unenforceable against OOD because of applicable law, then those terms will be deemed excluded and unenforceable (as the case may be), and instead construed in a manner most consistent with applicable governing law. In addition, if the applicable governing law for this Agreement is precluded under applicable law, then this Agreement will be governed and construed under the laws of the country, state, province or other jurisdiction in which your primary office is located.
