Ohio Drive and Gaylord Parkway Roundabout

Project Description: The construction of a multi-lane roundabout at the intersection of Ohio Drive and Gaylord Parkway. The roundabout includes two entrance and exit lanes along both approach streets, two circulatory lanes, and a dedicated right-turn bypass lane for the northbound and southbound approach of Ohio Drive. The project will also include analysis and design of the existing drainage system, public water and sanitary sewer utility appurtenances adjustments, signing, pavement markings, illumination, advance pole and mast arm for signage, traffic control, erosion control, and landscaping and irrigation in the median and center island.. Liquidated damages will be assessed after 240 calendar days if CONTRACTOR fails to meet this requirement.
