By updating outdated, aging equipment in our onsite fitness facility, ODH is providing a safe environment that promotes the health and wellness of it’s employees.

Treadmill specifications and delivery requirements are attached.

To participate or submit an inquiry for this RFx, you need to be registered in the OhioBuys Supplier Portal. Suppliers are not required at this time to be registered in OAKS. If you have a need to seek technical support, clearly specify you need access to an active Ohio Buys solicitation.

Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys.

Only have a single window open that is logged into OhioBuys, having multiple windows opened to a single user can create an error when trying to submit your proposal.

Award will be made to the lowest responsive and resposible bidder.

All Delivery & Assembly; Shipping and Tariff costs, if applicable, should be included in the total cost of each bid line item and total cost. These costs should NOT be itemized on their own line.

All questions must be submitted via OhioBuys. Questions received after the inquiry end date will not receive a response.

A point of contact will be provided after award of this bid to make delivery arrangements.
