Ohio Department of Health-DOH57274-Bureau of Maternal Child & Family Health-Emergency Department Diversion for Oral Health Visits-RDQ

The awarded vendor will oversee the development of a protocol and continuing medical education (CME) program focused on providing appropriate triage services for patients who present in the emergency department (ED) for a non-traumatic dental condition (NTDC), and for developing a referral process that can result in patients being seen within 24-48 hours of their ED visit for definitive oral health care.

This program involves engaging with a workgroup of health care professionals who have not traditionally worked together before to develop new, more effective ways to address oral health problems seen in EDs.

Offerors will need to review the attached RDQ DOH57274-BMCFH-Diversion Program for Oral Health Visits to Emergency Departments for #SRC0000029893. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost form/proposal as part of its total Proposal before the closing date and time, which is 05/06/2025 at 3PM. If no qualifed bids are received, ODH reserves the right to post Round 2 to allow more time for qualified bidders to submit proposals.

The Offeror must title the electronic files with “DOH RDQ #SRC0000029893/DOH57274 - Technical Proposal” and "DOH RDQ #SRC0000029893/DOH57274 - - Cost Form_Proposal” as appropriate.

Please note there is not a page minimum or maximum for the technical proposal and bidders should refer to technical evaluation criterion on the RDQ document for guidance.  The cost proposal should include the completed Excel Cost Proposal Form.
