Summary
This project is to improve the skillsets of Ohio pediatricians in their abilities to increase blood lead testing rates of at-risk Ohio children. To achieve this, a training program and plan for pediatricians who practice in Ohio are needed. Offeror will deploy a comprehensive training plan that will result in increased testing by Ohio pediatricians of at-risk children for childhood lead poisoning.

Process
Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000029570. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP #SRC0000029570/DOH56487 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP #SRC0000029570/DOH56487 - - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
