Ohio Department of Health - DOH57487 BHIW SFY26-27 Ohio Buckles Buckeyes Child Passenger Safety Project ODH RFP

T he objective of this project is to procure and distribute convertible car seats with harness rethreading, high-back booster seats with removable backs, and backless booster seats to eighty-eight (88) Ohio Buckles Buckeyes (OBB) distribution sites across the state of Ohio. This effort supports statewide child passenger safety by ensuring participating sites are equipped with a variety of appropriate restraint systems to meet the diverse needs of eligible families.

Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and a cost proposal as part of its total proposal before the opening time on the proposal due date. Furthermore, the Offeror must title the electronic files as follows: “ODH RFP #SRC0000031984-DOH57487 - Technical Proposal” and “ODH RFP #SRC0000031984-DOH57487 - Cost Proposal ” as appropriate.
