The purpose of this Request is to solicit a proposal from firms to perform a replacement of the Evaporative and Drift Media, and to provide related support services for Osceola Generation Station’s Unit 1, Unit 2, and Unit 3 GE 7FA.03 Gas Turbines, located at 6400 Community Center Road in St. Cloud, Florida.
