SCOPE OVERVIEW
This requirement is for Traffic Logix Speed Signs/Radars and Cart Trailers for the Security Forces Squadron on Offutt AFB, to include a cloud service for equipment for displaying speeds and ensure road and pedestrian safety on Offutt AFB. The SFS has two Traffic Logix speed Carts, one of which was damaged during a recent wind storm and is in need of replacement parts. In addition, due to the demand of enforcement and needs of the Installation, the SFS is adding additional radar traffic signs/carts to their enforcement capabilities.
Please review the attached draft Statement of Need (SoN) for an estimated requirement scope. The actual scope of the requirement may increase or decrease prior to contract award.
SET-ASIDE
The government anticipates a 100% Total Small Business set-aside for this requirement. Information is requested from interested parties regarding their small business status and socio-economic categories to help determine the set-aside for the acquisition.
