Offutt AFB Speed Trailers

SCOPE OVERVIEW

This requirement is for Traffic Logix Speed Signs/Radars and Cart Trailers for the Security Forces Squadron on Offutt AFB, to include a cloud service for equipment for displaying speeds and ensure road and pedestrian safety on Offutt AFB. The SFS has two Traffic Logix speed Carts, one of which was damaged during a recent wind storm and is in need of replacement parts. In addition, due to the demand of enforcement and needs of the Installation, the SFS is adding additional radar traffic signs/carts to their enforcement capabilities.

Please review the attached draft Statement of Need (SoN) for an estimated requirement scope. The actual scope of the requirement may increase or decrease prior to contract award.

SET-ASIDE

The government anticipates a 100% Total Small Business set-aside for this requirement. Information is requested from interested parties regarding their small business status and socio-economic categories to help determine the set-aside for the acquisition.

INSTRUCTIONS

Interested parties shall submit a response to this sources sought showing the following:

   1. Interested parties shall submit a brief statement showing their interest in a potential future contract of a similar nature and scope.
   
   
   
   


2. Capability
   
   
   
   1. Interested parties shall submit a relevant capability statement or narrative showing they have capabilities to perform a contract of this scope
   
   
   
   


3. Past Performance
   
   
   
   1. Interested parties shall submit examples of past performance. These past performance examples shall be of a similar size, scope, and complexity. Experience in other State, Local, or Federal government buildings is preferred. Interested parties may send a general company capability statement with past performance examples to satisfy this requirement.
   
   
   
   


4. Questions and Feedback
