Offsite Boiler Feed Pump Repair - Southern Plants

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatchewan Power Corporation (“SaskPower”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of OFFSITE BOILER FEED PUMP REPAIR , as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “ Work”).

SaskPower is a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation continued under The Power Corporation Act (Saskatchewan). It is principally responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity for most of Saskatchewan.

The overall purpose of the Contract is to provide Boiler Feed Pump Volute Refurbishment, as describe in more detail in the Scope of Work at the Boundary Dam Power Station (BDPS), Shand Power Station (SHPS), and Poplar River Power Station (PRPS). At the discretion of SaskPower, additional location(s) may be added to the Site Descriptions that may require Boiler Feed Pump Volute Refurbishments.

Pursuant to this Contract, the Contractor will perform pump repair(s), rebuild(s), replacement(s) and site technical support on an as needed basis. In these Requirements and Specifications, the term “Contract Administrator” shall mean the person designated by SaskPower from time to time to deal with any contract or administrative matters pertaining to the Work to be performed by the Contractor in respect of a Statement of Work agreed to by SaskPower and the Contractor pursuant to this Contract.

Submit PDF 1 (Technical Submission) in this envelope. No pricing information should be submitted under Envelope 1.

Both a Microsoft Word and an Adobe PDF version of the RFP, Appendix A - RFP Particulars and Appendix C - Agreement are provided on Merx. If there is any inconsistency or discrepancy between the Word version and the PDF version of this RFP, Appendix A - RFP Particulars or Appendix C - Agreement, the PDF version shall prevail.
