This is a non-personal requirement to procure customized coins for the Army Senior Leaders to acknowledge exceptional service performed by Soldiers and staff. The items are awarded to Department of the Army (DA) staff during official travel by the Army Senior Leaders as an integral part of morale support for Army personnel.
The contractor shall produce, customize, and deliver coins to OCSA as defined in this Performance Work Statement.
The Chief of Staff Army, Vice Chief of Staff Army, Sergeant Major of the Army, and the Director of the Army Staff recognize Soldiers and DA civilians for exceptional performance and excellence in accomplishments by awarding customized gifts, plagues, and mementos. These items must be sustained in reasonable stock to accommodate the official travel schedules of the Army Senior Leaders. This form of recognition improves the morale and welfare of the Army. The benefit of acquiring a single source for procurement is to ensure quality gift supplies which satisfy the individual specifications of the Army Senior Leaders.
The Ordering Period for this BPA will be for 5 years period from the date of established agreement. The agreement will have a Not to Exceed (NTE) price of $795,000.00 and a maximum dollar amount of $5,000.00 for each individual Call.
