Please reference the subject solicitation number on all correspondence. Detailed submittal requirements are contained in the Solicitation document. Estimated Award Date - July/August 2025. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services. **** Vendor Question 01: We are looking through the solicitation to the above referenced project (Notice ID: W912P625QA005) and within the scope of work it references “existing outlets shall be relocated on the new wall panels”. There are other annotations explaining that the outlets shall be relocated on the wall in which panels are to go as well. However, on that wall, there are no outlets pictured. From which wall are the outlets to be relocated from and are there specific locations you would like the outlets to be installed? Just looking to have those identified (locations of where to be relocated to) to coordinate appropriately. **** Answer to Vendor Question 01: As show on “Picture 1: Interior East Wall Receptacles” in the Scope of Work, the 2 electrical boxes at the top and bottom of the east wall may not need to be relocated. The intent is to maintain access to those boxes when the wall panels are installed. The locations of the existing outlets on the north, west, and south walls are sufficient to support the desk configuration.
