Office Building Renovations and Space Planning - Term Contract
Description:

The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with up to one (1) firm to provide Engineering and Architectural Services. Firms must possess a strong architectural and mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering background as assigned tasks will primarily be in these areas of expertise. Other tasks may also include fire protection/fire alarm engineering, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainability, and structural/civil/site engineering. The majority of the projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing facilities.
