Sale of Disc Golf Baskets

The City of Galesburg is accepting bids from interested parties for the sale of 18 used Innova brand DISCatcher disc golf baskets. The baskets are pre-numbered for holes 1 – 18 and will be sold ‘as is’. The disc golf baskets for holes 1 – 9 will be sold as a lot and will not be separated. The disc golf baskets for holes 10 - 18 will be sold individually.

Bidder will be responsible for picking up the items purchased within two (2) weeks of the bid award notification at a designated location to be determined by the City of Galesburg. No items shall be picked up prior to payment. The City of Galesburg will accept cash, credit/debit card or cashier’s check for the purchase. Personal checks will not be accepted.

BIDS DUE BY: Friday, May 16, 2025, at 12:00 pm local time.

Bids forms may be mailed to the City of Galesburg top the attention of the Purchasing Agent at PO Box 1387, Galesburg, IL 61402 or dropped off in a sealed envelope at the Customer Service counter of the Finance Department located in Galesburg City Hall at 55 W Tompkins St, Galesburg, IL by the date and time listed above. Late submissions will be rejected.
