Ohio EPA has been participating in the Volume Licensing Select plus agreement for a few years. This is the second payment in the sequence of three annual payments. The agreement number is PCN#90D3EDEA. The state contract with Dell for this software is CSP029109. Microsoft Software Assurance is a comprehensive maintenance offering that helps governmental organizations get the most out of software investment. It combines the latest software with phone support available 24 hours a day, partner services, training, and IT tools that help customers plan, deploy, manage, and support your IT needs. This renewal is for the period from 10/01/25 to 09/30/26.

The State of Ohio, Environmental Protection Agency, is soliciting quotes on state contract CSP29109.
Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing. Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid.
Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.
Completion of the grid and a valid quote referencing the correct contract number are required. The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote from an MBE vendor.
