Project Description: Fort Bend Independent School District is soliciting proposals for OEM (original equipment manufacturer) Kitchen Equipment Parts, Preventative Maintenance, Repairs, and Related Items for the FBISD Child Nutrition Department. This is a discount from manufacturer’s price list for parts and hourly rates for labor. FBISD will purchase the related items on an as-needed basis. Related items are other items not listed in the Price Delivery Sheet, but available under this proposal. Vendors can bid a range e.g. 5-10% off manufacturers. Vendor must enter a discount even if the discount is 0%. Leaving the Related Items discount blank will be considered a “No Bid”. Do not alter Price Delivery Sheets.
