OEM Boeing Company CH-47 Chinook Helicopter Weapon System, Sole Source Long Term Contract

This correspondence constitutes a letter solicitation to award NSN 1620-01-335-2695, P/N: 141L2332-5, Noun: Housing Special against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) SPE4A1-25-G-0008. all terms and conditions of your proposal must be in accordance with those of SPE4AX-25-G-0008 and will apply to any resultant award of this solicitation. In reply, please reference Solicitation Number SPRRA1-25-R-0004. The Government requests your best pricing and delivery terms for the parts based on a one time buy quantity of twenty (20) each with delivery to Tinker AFB, OK 73145-8000.

This requirement has been advertised as a Contract Opportunity on the SAM.gov website for viewing by the general public. If another supplier indicates interest in responding to the requirement as a result of viewing the synopsis, a formal solicitation will be issued to accommodate that supplier.

The acquisition specialist and point of contact for this solicitation would like to draw your attention to some of the requirements of this solicitation along with information that will be detailed in the attachments:

• First Article Test (FAT) IS required.

• FAT unit shall NOT be retained as a material standard. Test item will NOT be destroyed as part of testing.

• Flight Safety/Critical Safety Item (CSI) is NOT required.

• Production Lot Testing (PLT) is NOT required.

• SNRR Markings are NOT required.

• The Army Maintenance Management System – Aviation (TAMMS-A) are NOT required.

• Item Unique Identification (IUID) markings ARE required IAW DFAR 252.211-7003©(1)(i).

• Serial Numbering is NOT required.

• Fit check is NOT required.

• This is a One Time Buy (OTB).

The price and delivery proposed may be negotiated upon closing of this solicitation. For non-commercial items exceeding the $2,000,000.00 threshold, Certified Cost and Pricing Data must be submitted. Any prior and official waivers or exceptions granted by the government and applicable to this NSN and solicitation that is cited in your response, must be included with the response.

The proposal submission must include a simulated delivery schedule in Microsoft Project or Excel and based upon actual lead time/days after contract award (DACA) until first delivery and subsequent manufacturing capacity.

The proposal cover letter must state that all the terms, conditions, and requirements of this RFP were read, fully understood, and totally accounted for by The Boeing Company (CAGE: 77272) in its original response to this RFP.

An expedient reply is requested. However, the closing date for the referenced solicitation is no later than the close of business on 15 January 2025. Please send your proposal in writing for the NSN stated above. If more time is required, please also inform us in writing.
