The scope of work under this solicitation request will include the thorough review and conduct assessment of its current organizational structure, staff resources, staff allocation and workload and provide actionable recommendations that will lead to the successful possible implementation of the outcome garnered through this assessment. OEEO¿s Future State should better align the office to execute its responsibilities under Federal Transit Administration¿s (FTA) EEO and Title VI Circulars, Metro¿s EEO and Title VI plans, Metro¿s affirmative action plans, Metro¿s nondiscrimination polices and other EEO and nondiscrimination laws. The offeree is expected to assess, evaluate, and recommend the following: ¿ OEEO¿s day-to-day business operations ¿ Gather requirements and goals from OEEO leadership and staff ¿ Sufficiency of staff resources ¿ Create a Roadmap for staff allocation ¿ Identify and prioritize deficient areas to close gaps ¿ Provide recommendations that enable OEEO to restructure the organization to strengthen operations and its execution of its responsibilities in an effective and efficient manner as it provides services to Metro, it is customers, and the public
