The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the ODVA 2nd Floor Remodel Project. The work to be performed under the contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits, and manufactured articles, furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract documents.

The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the ODVA 2nd Floor Remodel Project for the benefit of the Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs. The work to be performed under the Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, permits and manufactured articles; furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications; and the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents.
The Work, includes, but is not limited to:
Alteration of the existing 20,524 square feet of ODVA offices located on the 2nd floor of the ODVA Office Building
Demolition and construction of non-structural walls
Modifications of existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems including, but not limited to:
Plumbing
HVAC
Electrical power and lighting
Fire suppression sprinklers and alarm
Telephone and security systems
During the Project, the apparent successful Bidder will work with Northside Electric, who will be the Electrical Contractor performing all electrical, low voltage, and fire alarm systems work on the Project.
