ODRC is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Synchronized Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation services to Veterans employed at Mansfield Correctional Institution (MANCI), Warren Correctional Institution (WCI), and Trumbull Correctional Institution (TCI). The Department seeks to offer this service to our employees.
