Odorant Injection System

Scope of work: The NJEX Odorant Injection System (YZ Model) and ZEO (Zero Emissions YZ Model) will be supplied on a portable heated skid with indoor bulk odorant storage and complete secondary spill containment, all in the YZ building. The LVO Odorant Injection System (Low Volume Odorization YZ Model) is also considered for procurement. Additional items must include YZ back pressure regulator (BPR) for pipeline pressures below 250 psi, cabinet support platform for models with 4000 USG tanks and larger, QC/QA YZ skid manufacturer sheets and YZ building manufacturer electrical check sheets and intrinsically safe set of barriers. The civil, mechanical and electrical engineering design drawings, provided by the vendor are subject to satisfactory approval by SaskEnergy before the start of YZ unit manufacturing. YZ system commissioning, spare and maintenance parts, pump upsize (if required), deficiencies rectification and training for SaskEnergy personnel are also covered in the scope of work.

Written statements of the suppliers capabilities, referecing the ACAN # are to be received on or before 2:00 pm CST, Nov 12, 2024. If no responses are received, a contract may be pursued with the supplier.
