Installation of new carbon filtration equipment, the demolition of the existing biofilter and aluminum grating from the primary clarifier effluent channel, the installation of a stationary anti rotation scum deflector on the secondary clarifiers, and the covering of the anoxic tanks at the Water Pollution Control Facility.
