ODOC-FY25-RFI-Ohio State Fair Trade Show Booth Design and Development

The Ohio Department of Commerce seeks a qualified vendor to creatively design and produce a trade show booth for our presence at the Ohio State Fair. This booth should communicate our mission, vision, values and services through engaging, interactive experiences that attract and educate fairgoers. The selected vendor should also propose all creative concepts for the booth.

This RFI seeks information from vendors with the capability to handle the entire creative process for the booth—from ideation to execution. We are looking for vendors who can propose innovative creative concepts, suggest interactive and digital elements, and manage production and setup. Our aim is to gather creative concepts that will allow us to create an impactful and memorable presence at the fair, the biggest outreach event for our agency.

4. Project Management Approach
5. On-Site Support and Post-Event Services
