ODNR Online Store

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (“ODNR”) intends to secure a revenue-generating contract for the establishment of an online gift shop to sell Products, the proceeds of which will cover the costs necessary to support the operation of the online shop by the vendor with a portion of the proceeds to be distributed between the respective ODNR divisions. The contract will generate revenue to ODNR from the sale of an assortment of Products screened/printed, produced, warehoused, and fulfilled by the Contractor and such Products may include apparel (e.g., t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and other seasonal apparel); accessories (e.g., hats, scarves); drinkware (e.g., mugs, water bottles); printed material (books, posters, stickers) merchandise (e.g., pins, patches,  key chains, magnets, plush, toys); and other articles. The contract will also provide for the collection of data generated from the sale of Products by Product feature (e.g., type, size, color, etc.); total sales per Product; date of purchase; purchaser’s email and mailing address; and the total revenue payable to ODNR for each month. ODNR intends to have the contract provide revenue from the sale of Products.

Contract will be awarded to the Supplier with the highest scoring proposal as defined in the evaluation criteria of the Request for Proposal document.
