The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is accepting bid for the installation of doors with hardware at their Central Office location. These doors will be ordered to match existing doors. Project consists installing new doors with glass and hardware, hardware only or install glass into existing doors with new hardware. Some solid doors will also be installed.

First Floor of Central Office contract shall the install:
8 - Hardware
16 - Glass Kits with hardware
2 – Glass Kit or Glass Door with hardware

Second Floor of Central Office contract shall the install:
Update Handles on two doors to be non-locking

Third Floor of Central Office contract shall the install:
9 - Solid Doors with hardware
1 - Hardware
4* - Glass Door with hardware
Move 1 glass door to a different office and install solid door in it’s place. Keep doorknob with room 304 ** These are included in total above **

Contractors will remove and dispose of all old materials offsite. Contract is responsible for all measurements for doors. SITE VISIT IS MANDATORY for bid to be accepted. Bidder should submit materials list with bid as attachment in OhioBuys.

Work will be completed and scheduled with Division staff and will be completed during normal business hours. Work schedule will be agreed upon mutually in advance.

Work must be completed prior to July 30 ^th , 2026. Final punch list items must be completed no later than August 15 ^th , 2026.

All bids must be submitted through OhioBuys and any bids submitted outside of OhioBuys will not be accepted.
Mandatory Site Visit Information:

Site visits available by appointment only Monday through Friday. 8:30am to 4pm.
Visits are available April 16th – April 30th 2026 . A minimum of 24 hours is requested to provide time to notify security and ensure that someone is available to accompany you through building. Any questions asked during site walk will be tracked and posted in OhioBuys for all other bidders to review. Inquiry window will correspond with availability to schedule site visits.

Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract.

F.O.B. DESTINATION/PRE-PAID/ALLOWED. The Contractor must provide Deliverables under this Contract F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed. The place of destination will be specified by the Ordering Agency on the agency’s purchase order or other ordering document. Cost of the freight must be borne and paid by the Contractor unless otherwise stated.

All risk of loss, regardless of the cause, will remain with the Contractor until title to the Deliverable passes to the State. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the State will determine whether the Contractor provided each Deliverable required in this Contract and has fully met all work requirements of this Contract. Title to any Deliverables will pass to the State on Acceptance of the Deliverable.

Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. All Proposals must be submitted through Ohio Buys. Proposals received outside of Ohio Buys will not be considered.

Contract Award: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total.  Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive
