ODNR, DOGRM - Central Office, Columbus Ohio 2nd Floor Blinds & Install

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is accepting quotes to provide and install new blinds at our Central Office located at 2045 Morse Road, Building F, Columbus, Ohio 43229.

Project Name: DOGRM Central Office 2 ^nd Floor Blinds

Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to install new metal blinds for the second floor office windows.  All materials shall be installed per the manufacturer’s recommendations. Color samples shall be provided for approval by Owner prior to installation.

Specifications for blinds:

Please see attached drawing for building window configuration.  Contractor shall measure windows to verify required blind width and length.  Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract.

Blind installation will occur during normal business hours, Monday-Friday between 7:30am and 5pm. Contractor will be responsible for providing all materials and equipment needed to properly install the blinds.

Contractor shall provide material and color information on the proposed blinds to be installed and submit with the quote in OhioBuys.

Contractors will be required to sign a services agreement or addendum to bid.  Sample contracts attached for review. In addition, the OPERS Non-Member Acknowledgement Form should be filled out an attached with quote to OhioBuys. This form needs to be completed prior to any award.

Evaluation: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State.  All Proposals must be submitted through Ohio Buys.  Proposals received outside of Ohio Buys will not be considered.

Contract Award: The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total.  Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items.  Failure to bid on all items may result in the bidder being deemed non-responsive.
