Summary

Project Background
The Division of Parks and Watercraft operates 75 state parks, which contain 50 plus dams and 11 lock facilities around the state. Dams are located across rivers and at state park facilities. Dams are made up of many appurtenant structures such as spillways, lake drains, inlet and outlet channels, lock and gate structures, internal drains, and valves. Inspection, maintenance, and construction underwater is needed to maintain the safe operation of these structures.
