The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is accepting bids to remove and install new windows at its Central Office.

Specifications :
Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to install new windows at ODNR Building F located at 2045 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio 43221.  All materials shall be installed per manufacturer’s recommendations. Color samples shall be provided for approval by Owner prior to installation.
Window Replacement

1. Contractor shall be responsible for removing and disposing of existing windows.  The contractor shall be responsible for any and all existing surface preparation in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
2. Contractor shall install new windows in accordance with the attached specifications dated May 16, 2025, and titled Section 084113 – Aluminum-Framed Entrances and Storefronts and Section 088000 – Glazing and in accordance with the attached drawings dated May 16, 2025, and titled DNR-240001 Building F – Renovation:  Exterior Elevations.

Schedule:
All work shall be completed by October 17, 2025 .

F.O.B. DESTINATION/PRE-PAID/ALLOWED. The Contractor must provide Deliverables under this Contract F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed. The place of destination will be specified by the Ordering Agency on the agency’s purchase order or other ordering document. Cost of the freight must be borne and paid by the Contractor unless otherwise stated.
All risk of loss, regardless of the cause, will remain with the Contractor until title to the Deliverable passes to the State. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the State will determine whether the Contractor provided each Deliverable required in this Contract and has fully met all work requirements of this Contract. Title to any Deliverables will pass to the State on Acceptance of the Deliverable.

Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. All Proposals must be submitted through Ohio Buys. Proposals received outside of Ohio Buys will not be considered.

Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Site Visit:
Site visits are available by by calling the division at 614-265-6922 to notify staff of time and date. Building is available between 9am and 4 pm. Monday through Friday.

While site visits are not mandatory, Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract.
