Process
The Offeror’s total complete Proposal submission (the original Technical and Cost Proposals) must be received by ODM no later than 4:00 p.m. ET on December 3, 2025. Faxed or e-mailed submissions will not be accepted. Proposals submitted to any address other than the addresses provided herein will not be considered. All Proposals must be received by ODM by the submission deadline, date and time. No exceptions will be made. |
