ODJFS-FY26-2027 Child Support Sticker Calendar

The Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and logistics necessary to produce, assemble, package, and distribute the 2027 Child Support Sticker Calendar in full compliance with the State’s specifications. Work includes pre‑press preparation, high‑quality CMYK printing, saddle‑stitch binding, integration of two kiss‑cut sticker sheets, drilling for hanging, and ensuring designated pages meet coloring‑contest requirements. The Vendor must manage all production processes, maintain strict quality control, coordinate electronic proof approvals, and package finished calendars in cartons not exceeding 25 pounds. The Vendor is also responsible for shipping calendars to all specified County CSEAs in varying quantities (see attached spreadsheet) as provided by the State and ensuring all calendars arrive within the required timeline.
Deliverables

1. Print Production Readiness Assessment
   A summary of verified materials, print specifications, quantities per County CSEA, and all production considerations needed to begin calendar manufacturing.
2. Final Production Files & Proofs
   Digital and/or physical proofs for State approval, including verification of color, bleed, trimming, sticker alignment, and special‑stock pages.
3. Completed 40‑Page Calendars
   Fully printed, saddle‑stitched calendars meeting all requirements:
   • CMYK with bleeds
   • 100 lb. cover stock (front cover only)
   • Inside pages on uncoated 80 lb. text stock
   • Coloring‑contest pages on appropriate stock
   • Two 11x17 kiss‑cut sticker sheets stitched in the center
   • 1/8" drilled hanging hole
   • Trimmed to 8.5"x11" from 11"x17" sheets
4. Packaging Deliverable
   Calendars packaged in cartons not exceeding 25 pounds, labeled and organized according to State‑provided county shipment quantities.
5. Distribution Completion Report
   Documentation confirming shipping and delivery to all designated County CSEAs, including shipment logs, quantities delivered, and confirmation of successful fulfillment.

Offerors must demonstrate how they meet the requirements outlined in this RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated to determine the most advantageous response for ODJFS. A quote will be disqualified if the response fails to meet or are otherwise deemed unacceptable, incomplete or are found to be invalid. RFQ Award will be based on the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The offeror with the lowest total cost will be awarded the contract and a formal contract between the selected offeror and ODJFS will be executed.
