ODH Evaluation Services for Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Programs

Amendment 1, resulting in Round 2, is issued to modify the Scope of Work, initial contract term,and solicitation due date.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals for a Contractor to assist the Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Program (TUPCP) at the Ohio Department of Health in using evaluation data to make necessary changes to programming to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of programming and services to decrease the burden tobacco places on the citizens of Ohio.

The Agency is seeking a Contractor to conduct evaluation services of the Ohio Tobacco Quit Line (OTQL). The Contractor must also be able to provide evaluation, and assist in oversight of the Agency’s community-based tobacco-use prevention and cessation activities, as requested by the Agency.
