Ocean commitments for marine protected areas data analyst

Oregon State University intends to contract for analyst work of ocean commitments for marine protected areas data with Jason Seiple as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support research and/or business needs of the university. The analyst must have understanding of The MPA Guide, and the methods, results, and communications strategy surrounding OSU's work within it. They must have experience providing recommendations to foreign governments and previous knowledge of ocean commitment conference materials. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
