REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Smith County School District Office of Special Education will accept sealed proposals until 10:00 AM
on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 to purchase the following services for the 2026-2027 school year:
Occupational Therapy services; Physical Therapy services; Psychometrical/Psychological services;
Orientation and Mobility; Behavioral Specialist; TVI; and Consultative services for students with
disabilities and special education staff.

MS 39153 or by phone 601-782-4296 or email at matthew.hardin@smithcountyschools.net.
Bids will be opened at 10:00 A.M. on May 26, 2026 at the Office of Special Education located at 212
Sylvarena Ave., Raleigh, MS 39153.
The Smith County School District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received, to waive any
informalities in the bids received, and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the Smith County
School District.
